Overall was a good experience. I took my car to Milton Keynes dealt an advisor. Have to say he was fantastic really really nice guy very genuine made it a very pleasant experience.

Tim called me a couple of times before I had my appointment, and was there to meet me when I arrived to show me where to park etc. He was very professional and courteous a real credit to webuyanycar.

The appointment went well was around 20 mins. We went around the car inspected it took it for a quick test drive. Checked all my paperwork was in order and correct.

Then at the end I got my final valuation. I was a little disappointed at the end price. It came out a LOT lower than the quote from the website. My car was 6 years old with some very minor stone chips and a few small scratches. Nothing out of the ordinary for a 6 year old car. The interior was like new. Also I had a lot of extras that where not taken into account, my car had Saab Sat Nav, Full Leather interior, 18" Alloys, Xenon Headlights & Air Conditioning. It was very highly speced car overall.

I did ask about would it be worth anymore as it had a lot of extras. But I was told those extras where not on the list.

As I say I can not fault the experience I had it was great. It was a very easy transaction. But I was disappointed with the end price. If you have any minor scratches or stone chips at all. Then expect your end price to be a LOT lower than the website quote.

If I had more time or did not need the money as fast as I did. I would have not sold through them to be honest.
