“A Well Resolved Glitch!”

Hi Cloggs

Love the service I've received from you today. Following previous great experiences of your service my latest order failed to arrived on the day indicated. As I'd altered the delivery address ready to receive my parcel 'next day' I was surprised when it didn't arrive. Having failed to get in touch by phone I followed up with an email when at home yesterday evening. This morning I had a call from a lovely member of your team who did everything he possibly could to resolve the problem and communicated in a fabulously polite and willing tone. Unable to make things happen in order that my parcel arrived with me today, and I could have the boots for my weekend away as planned, he offered and has applied a very generous discount on my order. Not only am I more than happy with this, but I'm touched that such an impersonal activity as internet shopping often turns out to be has been given a personal and caring touch by this lovely young man and your team. Keep it up Cloggs! - I'll be back and will definitely recommend fiends.
