“Exceptionally bad service and customer care”

We purchased a car for our sons birthday in April. After receiving it through the post we realised the remote didnt work and the extra battery that was sent was the wrong size. After send ing them many emails and calling them they still didn't reply and when they eventually did just kept sending us the same email to read the instructions properly and to charge the battery. It was farcical. Eventually we decided we just wanted our money back so sent the car back recorded delivery. That was many weeks ago and we are still no nearer to getting our money back. We have called, emailed screamed and tried to be calm but to no avail. the sales guy has no communication with the technical guys and who knows who is in charge. The company is ran by a group of kids I think. We are now considering legal action. I really urge you not to buy their products, buy from a local shop as there at least you can get to see someone if something goes wrong. THESE ARE CRAP!!!!!
