“Unable to provide spectacles that could be used ”

Specsavers of Portsmouth tested my eyes three times in an attempt to resolve the problems I was having. Having chosen their top of the range varifocals it was impossible to use them. The first pair had the wrong lens on one side. The lenses in the second were set incorrectly and when they provided the third pair they forgot to include the reaction lenses I had paid for.
They never telephoned when they were ready even though a large label was included in the package stating PHONE. Their only redeeming factor was the manager apologised and agreed to refund my money.
