“On The Beach Sales Rep”

I had gone to Turkey with my husband.. However the next morning we was greeted by our holiday rep. He has sold us five excursions trips. however we had clearly started that we did not want to do an excursions where there would partying and drinking involved. He assured us that none of the excursions involved the above. However we were thoroughly disappointed. 'The dinner Cruise' that we had booked consisted of a boat playing very loud music and a lot of drinking.. And our rep had us thinking this was going to be an romantic dinner cruise. Quite th opposite.. We got back to the hotel late and with a very bad headache. The very next day we had an 'Lazy boat day out'. Unfortunatly to our horror this turned out to be exactly the same boat we had last night.. And again we had spend a full day this time listening to very loud music and surrounded by drunk people. Not happy at this rate.
The following day, we had booked an buggy ride' however after waiting 15 minutes for our transport to arrive, a man turned up starting the excursion had to been cancelled and to seek advice from
Our holiday rep.. We then rang Jack to advise he will come to meet us.. We explained that the excursions had to be cancelled therefore we required an refund. We also explained to him that we ha paid extra to go on boats without music and alcohol. He then refused us £20 for the cancelled excursion, however we had paid £30. He explained that his manager had only given him £20 for the refund. My husband at this point was getting very irate. We advise him we would like a refund for all th extras we had paid for. To which he replied he will speak to his manage and call us back. My husband insisited we would go see the manager, however he kept giving excuses.. The following day we waited from 5-8 to see if anyone would call or come.. And suprise suprise, nobody had called nor come down. We then called him to advise us his manager will be coming to meet us. We again we have them the benefit of doubt. How wrong were we.. No manager came and he was never to been seen or heard again.. Please avoid booked any excursions throught On The Beack Holiday reps. It's is a lot cheaper and reliable through sales people dotted around the local streets..
