“Awful! Avoid at all costs!”

Used Holiday Taxis.com in fuerteventura earlier this year. My god, never again. We queued for an hour and a half and was then told to wait outside for our private transfer. We waited for a further hour. We repeatedly complained and eventually managed to get onto a shared transfer which took a further 45 minutes before we arrived at our accommodation - after all that we realised we were only 15 minutes away from the airport.

Our return experience, if it was possible, was even worse. The company booked us originally for four hours prior to our flight. We managed to re-book. Then no-one turned up at all. Eventually we rang and we were advised to book our own taxi, then take a receipt to the transfer desk where they would refund us. Ironically the taxi fare was less than half what we paid holiday transfers.

Once back in the UK I complained. After 4 months I received a reply stating they would refund me £7 in total!

I have never had such poor service from a company - avoid at all costs. They were a nightmare from beginning to end. Rude staff, stunningly bad service and a complete rip off.
