“The banks that likes to say...'Nothing'”

14 years with Lloyds TSB - no option to stay with Lloyds and customer service is a contradiction in terms to say the least!!
Can't / Won't answer any questions I have, so I'm off back to Lloyds group via Bank of Scotland, which is a pity as, up until late last year - they were great.
Put money in to clear a credit card the other day and suddenly they're on the phone asking what I plan to do with the money (none of your f@&n business!!) and if they can do anything to help me?
Too little, too late was the reply!

Serious joke of an establishment!!!
