“Avoid Debenhams store!!!”

I have to express my disbelieve and disappointment in this store. They left my parcels at my neighbour (who is a criminal) so i spent 6 days by knocking on his door, wrote him two letters. Made a four phone calls to Debenhams, wrote them three emails and NOTHING has happened. I have never experienced so unhelpful a poor "customer service". So 6 days later i have no parcels, no compensation, no a clear answer from the Head office and a criminal has not only my parcels (he is having an early Christmas on my expenses) but has my personal details too. I will cancel my debit card with them and leaving them as a customer and i can advise you to do the same.
