“NO NO NO!”

Do not use Easirent car hire. Their price might seem competitive but they will get the money off you in other ways.
We hired a car from Heathrow and were left waiting longer than any other company I have ever used.
The car was checked for any damage/scratches and I looked for obvious signs too. I did not get down on my hands and knees to check under the underside bumper. On return Easirent staff got down on hands and knees and ran their hands underneath to check under the underside bumper and charged me over 200 pounds for the damage they said I had done. The scratches were located where they could not be observed. Initially they wanted to charge me 500 pounds for other scratches which they maintained needed repair but eventually conceded one had been reported on the initial check and other so-called scratches, I was able to wipe off!
