“Dreadful company”

I placed my last ever order with this company this year. The plants received were either dead or close to it. When I complained they were frankly rude and am still awaiting a resolution. Have ordered exotic items in previous years which turn out to be, once they mature/flower later, ordinary cheap varieties and not what I paid for. If you pay more for and order specific colours they routinely just send you the most common colours as they are cheaper - of course you won't know until they bloom which might be a year later. Frankly, this company is fraudulent and dreadful.
