Rang to cancel 2 days into the cooling off period to which customer services say yes sir that is cancelled not a problem. Was due my deposit of £125 back. 5 days later still nothing so phoned them only to be told the under writers have said not to cancel without letting me know. If I'd left it a day later my deposit would have gone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
