I booked flights to New Zealand with Bravofly in January. Very straightforward booking. Bravofly emailed me on a couple of occasions to let me know of changes to flights (flight times had been moved by 10 minutes!). I had no reason to contact Bravofly so for basic booking and keeping me updated then I had no problems with Bravofly and would use them again.
