“Failed on all levels”

We employed addpeople to help increase our clicks. Sales people said this would be possible and we asked if our clicks would be effected negatively in any way and we were told they would not be.
Instead of working on the existing account they created a new campaign to reduce click costs I.e. not to increase clicks. So the account was set up incorrectly. We lost circa £1500 whilst trying to get hold of add people to address the problem. The person handling the account was rude and inexperienced. We were given assurances that changes that were made on day four would correct the problem. It was only subsequently when a senior account manager informed us the account had not been set up as we asked that we realised the changes could never have improved things.
After ten days we turned the old campaign back on and changed settings so add people could make no more changes.
We complained to the senior account manager who said someone from customer services would call its that day. They did not call. The following days someone did call. The solution given was for us to travel to their office. We explained we had no faith in their abilities and wanted our money back. The "customer service" man said they would bee billing us four the remaining 6 month contract. We explained we had been induced into the contractand never would have become involved with them if they had answered questions truthfully. Add people continued to access our AdWords account with out permission after we had reminded the contract. We complained again in writing asking for our fee back. We didn't even receive a reply.
Please avoid this company. They are unprofessional, untruthful and unable to deliver their promises. The fact they are Google accredited makes people believe they will be able to do their job but they certainly can not and cost us a lot of money.
