I am In Cuba at the moment there is no connection at all no service .
In fact most places in the uk is the same .
I am here on my own and comunication with Ee tried online chat so complicated they want you sign up but give rubbish service .
Ask Kevin Bacon if they spent as much on customer care as advertising it may work .disapointing poor and diabolical if your in contract should be let out because you do not provide a good enough service
