“Disappointed”

I decided to recycle my HTC Windows 8x with iGadgets Recycled after reading great reviews about them however I must say I was very dissatisfied with their service or lack of communication.

It stared off well and I received lots of emails about how to package my phone and the process everything would go through.

However after sending my phone two weeks went by before I heard anything and I had to chase to get this update. Which leads me to both their website and support number for making enquiries - both extremely frustrating.

I eventually received an email that they had received my phone and was with technical for review. Then nothing.

I repeatedly wrote emails and tried calling again - no response again.

I eventually got an email to say a price had been agreed which was lower than what had been agreed initially. I enquired as to why as it was a brand new phone with not a mark on it - never got an answer.

I eventually got paid the lower figure for my phone 1 month (!) after sending it. So all I have to say is dont expect to get paid quickly and hope that you dont have to communicate with them as it it leaves alot to be desired! I wont be using or recommending them again.
