“Not good enough for business class prices”

Very disappointed. Business class check in very bad at Vancouver. Given incorrect boarding passes and no apology when we had to go back to have them corrected. Lounges average at best. Table design the worse I have ever come across. Food average. Flight attendants non attentive, and one almost surly. Need to learn from the likes of Emirates. Would need to be desperate for a flight before using them again.
