“review of booking online experience & cancelling a booking”

Initial booking was very straightforward.
Cancelling the booking needed a question as to how to change my booking. The response was within 24 hours, so good and clear instruction given.
Cancelling the booking was straightforward once instruction was given.
Making another booking was easy.
Printing our the booking was impossible for some reason & very agravating.
Ringing to speak to someone was possible, I found after a search.
That someone was cool, calm & collected and managed my booking online.
Printing that emailed booking was difficult, but achieved eventually.
Printing the cancelled booking has still not been possible.
