“Sutton job centre failed me ”

Hello

On the 05/06/2014 I rang job seekers plus to make a claim I explained I am currently pregnant and homeless with no fixed address and am seeking help with housing. I have worked most of my life but this year got into very bad trouble with this pregnancy and had to leave my partner due to a bad relationship. I was booked the following Monday to see the adviser and was told I could use the Sutton job centre as a temp address to sign on. I got there on the Monday and was seen by a lady on reception dealing with my forms. She asked for a post code again I explained I do not have one so she turned me away saying my claim can not go ahead. So I rang job center plus straight after and explained on the to the lady how Sutton job centre refused to finish my claim the lady on the phone sounded confused and said ( they cant do that ) and then she put me on hold while she rang Sutton, 5 min later I was told this ( yes you must have a post code and the lady at reception at Sutton said you didn't look homeless as you were nicely dress !!!!
My reply was ( why is she mentioning my clothes I was wearing ? )
Lady on phone replied with a laugh ( don't be upset its a compliment ) that was the end of the call. I was extremely upset with this ! I walked in wearing black leggings and a vest all from primark ! Not a designer dress ! Would they have been happy to sign me on if I looked drugged out ? Or drunk ? I'm a person looking for work ! I'm a pregnant homeless stressed out lady needing help who was failed by you. I have worked must my life I am sorry if I don't suit the standards of a drunk who wants to waste her days watching crappy t.v and not getting a job ! Im sorry for looking decent ? This has depressed me and Im in a very unhealthy state. Not sure what to do next. My details are below if you wish to follow up.
