“Begonia Plants sent plugs not garden ready plants”

Ordered Begonia plants they sent plugs in squashed box not garden ready plants as sold when ordered two months ago. Rip off customer service they don't care. Never offered an alternate just sent what they had which was rubbish. I will never use them again
