We had a complete catalog of poor service and rude / unhelpful customer service people.
There seams to be no common sense or ability to resolve any kind of problem. The phone number to ring was expensive and the hold period was always a long time. Sometimes we (cynically) thought the problems were to prompt a call!
The issues culminated in eventually speaking to a supervisor who eventually saw my side of things and avoided my seeking legal advise. I would avoid like the plague!!
