“Online help with meter readings submission”

I was unable to submit online meter readings and a member of staff helped me with this really quickly through the online chat. The staff is friendly and keen help. Spark energy is usually very fast in responding and sorting any problem through the online chat. Sometimes there seem to be a problem with the online meter readings submission as there do not get recorded.
