“Useless delivery men”

I recently spent a significant amount of money on new beds and new bedroom furniture. The store I visited in Keighley was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately their delivery team let them down.
The beds arrived and my sister had stayed in for the day, the two delivery men were rude and unhelpful. I assumed that as I was ordering bedroom furniture they would carry it to the bedroom rather than dumping everything in the conservatory leaving the two of us dragging everything into the room required when I returned from work that evening. They thrust the invoice into her hand, and even knocked down a tree as they drove away!

That said the chest of drawers we ordered arrived a few days later (as agreed as this was an additional order) and the delivery guys were fantastic, really helpful and carried them through to the room where we required them. It is shame our experience has been tarnished by the first delivery team.
