Late Rooms.com provided a good selection of hotels within my search parameters so I was able to quickly obtain the best value for money accommodation for my short trip to Scotland and the Highlands, the service provided was generally good and the only negative point that I could make' though it's not my makeup to really point things out or make to make criticism is that through the booking process your lead to believe that though lateRooms.com doesn't take any payment from you' your payment has or is been processed, So was a bit surprised to find on the day before checking out of the Guest House that I had been booked into the owners of the Guest House (Very Nice People) confronted me and asked me for payment at which point throw me into confusion and had me racing to my vehicle to find the booking conformation showing the agreed payment, to which was explained that even though my card details were taken neither lateRoom.com or the Hotel / Guest House have taken payment yet! So I think more clarification to state that the payment is still due to be paid at the end of your stay is needed not only to avoid embarrassing confusion between you and the hoteliers or in the case that you didn't have the means to pay as you'd thought all payments had been taken care off.
