“Very happy with the service I received ”

I was very happy with the service I've had from Haart during the selling my property. From the first meeting with the assessor who gave me clear information so i could make my choices, i had never heard of sale via tender, one less bill to pay brilliant! Through to the person who managed my sale until completion. The worker kept me up to date about how the sale was progressing by regularly talking to both legal teams. I would definately use Haart again if i decided to move again. The staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful each time I spoke with them. I was very happy with all my dealings with them.

The only grumble I have is that I used the legal team identifed by the assessor and their service was poor. You could never get the person you wanted on the phone and even though you asked for a call back it never came. They were really slow, my sale had no chain and the buyer was a cash buyer on behalf of a housing association but the sale still took 3 months which is 1 month too long. The buyer had everything sorted on his side while i sat and waited for mine to move things alone. I had to make a pest of myself by phoning daily and getting shirty with them before things happened . It was my choice to use this team but I should have read their reviews beforehand because if i had i would have stayed well clear. They were cheap but as with all things, you get what you pay for.
