“If the car hadn't been a good price I'd have gone...”

We arrived at the Derby branch to pick up the car to find that we were not on the system. This was because the man who dealt with us had booked us in for the day before what we had agreed and we travelled 30 miles for nothing as the car was locked in a compound and they said they couldn't get it out.

I had received a call the day before off a woman saying you can come earlier today to pick your car up to which I replied we aren't picking it up today it's tomorrow, to which she wiped it all together off the computer.

My girlfriend was palmed off with a free tank of fuel for us having to travel twice there when we went back. When I went to go after picking the car up I noticed only after trying to lock the car that the key didn't work and told them to which they said the AA were coming out to fix it, to which we had to arrange a time and date with them!
