I ordered a saddle, a pretty standard piece of equipment that was classed as being in stock. Nothing received for 2 weeks so I contacted them, in which they told me that the saddle had been delivered by the courier and a delivery note had been put through my door for me to collect at the depot. They apparently hadn’t tried to leave it with a neighbour which would normally be the case. Anyway I never got the delivery note and the saddle went back to Triton Cycles (apparently). They never contacted me to inform me of this and when I spoke to them I was guaranteed that one would go out on Monday which meant I should receive it Tuesday. Nothing arrives so on Wednesday I contact then again, firstly they fob me off with 'I need to just check the consignment number and we’ll get back to you' Never rang back so I phone them in the afternoon asking them for the number so I could check on the couriers website, in which after a long hold on the phone I’m told that the warehouse has one which will be sent out today. I quickly told them that they have done nothing but lie and try to deceive me and asked for my money back. Never use them again and my advice would be for you to do the same.
