“Great website, not so great call line”

Website is very good and have booked two holidays with it. Good prices although changing your dates give different alternative date prices which makes no sense. Takes a while to find the very best price. I rang the call line to ask for advice and see if the could improve prices. They were not incredibly helpful and compared to website prices they had ridiculous prices for the same details and could not explain why this was. Website can trick you by entering the exact dates you want as you may get a better price by choosing a date close to it and then picking your desired date from the alternative dates box. Overall happy with the website but disappointed with the call centre.
