We had booked to Goa for 1 day and agora people had not intemated the hotel. We faced lot of difficulty carrying our kids luggage's no vehicle. Had to walk a long distance, n even our amount is not refunded. Booking is easy. But in such cases they won't respond. We faced a worst situation. This was a worst experience I ever had.
