I bought my son a dvd recorder for his birthday last year. Unfortunately it failed to function properly recently so I contacted square trade on line. Their response was very good, arranging to have the defective item collected as soon as possible. They quickly assessed the faulty recorder and paid me the full amount due directly into my bank account much sooner than I expected. I did this all on line and did not have to make any phone calls. I would recommended to all.
