“awful signal and even worse customer service”

Signal poor
Customer service shocking - incompetant staff and no address to send a complaint to - just referred to a so called supervisor who badly needs to be sent on a customer service course
If they want to retain customers they need to up their game
I am changing provider as soon as my contract is up
