“Disappointing service ”

Overall we were disappointed with the service provided by Tropical Sky. Considering how expensive our trip was we would have at least expected to be told that we needed to get injections to travel to South America. This resulted in a last minute unforeseen expense. We brought this to Tropical Sky's attention and received no apology or help. They simply seemed annoyed that we were calling. It's very difficult to speak to anyone in the Irish office also. We didn't receive an accurate representation of the physical rating of our holiday. We asked our Consultant an important question and she put her out of office on and wouldn't return calls. Overall we would not use Tropical Sky again and have told our family and friends the same.
