What a load of ....., been with tmob or one2one for last 16 years, now with ee, rubbish service, high charges, no customer loyalty, as soon as my contract is up in November I will be changing , and so will my family! Oh and it's not like my bills are £15 or £50 they are higher on a regular basis, I'm talking 130, no one calls me saying "this is how u can reduce ur bills" instead they charge me a fortune to call them and retrieve voicemail which I don't have, because I have switched it off!! I don't care about 4g, ain't worth it, I will be changing provider for sure! Wish we had the days where the customer was actually valued.. Bring back the phone provider that actually cared, not the ones that card how long they can tie u in to a contract with a new phone ..
