“Misleading ”

Just book a holiday with Mercury Direct, when booking made it was with Air Malta and included luggage at 20kg. When checking online noticed no baggage so contacted to be advised although it was Air Malta when I booked the flight is now a franchise with Monarch and no baggage and they are trying to charge £86 to add baggage.Paid £3,000 for this trip and feel ripped off by Mercury Direct as I have not received what I booked and they are stating they are correct but I know what I was booking. Stay away even if you think you know what you are booking it could be wrong print out and keep evidence do screen shots. Book with some other company try Chevron I could have the same holiday cheaper with them including baggage but Mercury Direct will not allow cancellation.
