I couldn't be happier with the service provided by vashi. The customer service, delivery time, follow up services and the product (a beautiful 18k white gold wedding band) was exceptional. I ordered my wedding ring very close to my wedding and the day I placed the order, a representative from vashi called me to assure me that the ring would be delivered on time, and it was! It arrived even quicker than expected even though I am living outside of the UK. The ring itself is perfect, one of the nicest I've seen. The consistency in the service from order to reciept and following up is to be commended. I will definitely be using this company again.
