“Wrong item ”

I ordered fascinator from an image on their website, instead I received the wrong item. It looked nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, the fascinator's net was completely wrinkled up. When the Seller and designer was contacted she didn't acknowledge the error and reverted the blame back at me, yet there was clear evidence of the mix up. The seller informed me that an additional £10 was required for any alterations to be made for an error that was clearly hers.
Items you will receive won't match image and would advice you read product description carefully.

Customer service poor and product quality poor. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
