“Harassment”

I bought a music system from Anderton's On line and initially I was going to pay through a Moneyway loan, but I changed my mind and decided not to use their services. I went through the correct procedure including telephone calls to make sure that I did not need any money from them and I paid for my goods outright via credit card. I few months later whe I was checking my accounts I noticed that they had taken money off my account that I didn't owe them. I rang them to find out what was happening and I had to go through the whole process again, which took a lot of unnecessary time and I feel that this company is there to make life very difficult for you and they use unnecessary harassment techniques. I would certainly avoid this company. I had known the way that these people deal with rectifying their own mistakes and the way they are ready to falsely accuse you I would ever had contacted them. Avoid at all costs
