“Duvet set”

Ordered a duvet set from Terry's site, the first time I have ordered from them. I was a little concerned as I had not heard that the item had been despatched after 3 days. Wrote to customer service who were very polite and assured me the item had left the warehouse. Low and behold the item arrived within hours of enquiring. I have been informed that it is an automated service that should have stated the item had been despatched, they are now looking into it. Apart from that. The item I ordered was lovely, exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. The customer service agent was polite, helpful and informative, what more could you wish for. I shall certainly use TerrysFabrics again in the future
