I booked in for an MOT online as mine was due, staff were helpful until i needed extra work doing to pass. F o/s brake line corrosion, was quoted 'by the end of the day' on Monday morning & as i need my car for work i agreed because they aren't the cheapest.
Tuesday morning,i called expecting it ready - not even started.
The manager didn't even know anything about it, or my car, then quoted me as fully paid which it wasn't, then the wrong price.
I'm very unhappy and when i collect my car tomorrow will be giving the poor guy a l-l-large piece of my mind to chew over before i send an email to their boss.
