“Very few flowers and not like website picture”

I had used eflorist a number of times in the past and had been delighted with the flowers. On 13th June I ordered the summer bouquet to be sent to a friend as a thank you for me staying with her.
I was embarrassed and annoyed to arrive on the same day as the flowers to see a very small vase of flowers. Even these lasted less than a week.
I did complain to eflorist the next day but the only response I had was would I send a picture? I was embarrassed enough without asking my friend for a picture! I am sorry to part company with eflorist but I expected more for my £24.00
