Where to even begin?! Martin & CO should be deleted from the industry in fact I am very shocked that they aren't! quite frankly I am astounded at the level of poor service and lack of quality they deliver you would think that they have degree's in how to disrupt and disrespect. out of three viewings we was supposed to have they turned up late to two of them and didn't have the keys to two of them either, on arrival of one house there were already the next viewers at the property they were so late! one of the properties was above the office and they still didn't make it on time!! so after much stress and bother, we fell in love with a house, next day went in and put our administration fee's down then asked to view the house again and was assured this was not a problem when it came to the morning of the viewing after taking the day off work half an hour before turning up to our viewing we received a phone call to say we had been double booked... half an hour before viewing despite having the previous FULL day, to see this school boy error! when asked if they could ring us back with when we can re-view nothing... nearly a week later on a Saturday afternoon by this point we then received yet another phone call saying that our house had gone but they didn't realise it had already been sold and they viewed it anyways and of course took our money! went in into the office their attitude was not apologetic what so ever in fact I never heard the word once! and it was simply go home and think about it over the weekend. another week later we still haven't received a phone call or email regarding the money owing to us! I am utterly appalled and ashamed by their attitude's. I would recommend asking Pingu the penguin about an igloo house over Martin & Co and am totally sure you would receive a better service!! they shouldn't even be your very LAST and desperate choice!!
