“Wouldn't publish my review either!”

Ha ha ha, for some reason Tesco direct wouldn't publish this on their website. Reason = Truth hurts!

First and LAST time I ever use Tesco Direct

Bought a £100 Keter plastic shed from Tesco Direct as it was the cheapest on the Net. It arrived badly damaged in transit. I rang Tesco to arrange a replacement. "Friday or Saturday" was the options I was given. Very good, I thought. "Saturday please" was my reply as there would be someone at home. Guess what, they came Friday. I had to re-arrange delivery again. The 2nd shed came a few days later - but they didn't take the broken shed away with them as stated. So...I had to contact Tesco again. About a week later the broken shed disappeared off my drive - I presume Tesco collected and it was not stolen, as there was no note left. Tesco know they cocked up and refunded £15, but the damage is done now... I am not surprised Tesco's sales are down. If you are reading this, Tesco - Top tip - SACK your delivery company. They are garbage.
