Brought a dress from Zara online and the seam came apart the first day I wore it - at an event and it was horrendous because I had to spend the afternoon with my underwear exposed. I called customer service and was told I couldn't have a replacement dress as they had sold out on line but I could have a refund - Duh they have to do that by law in the UK for faulty items. I asked if instead Zara could pay for my dress to be repaired (I really love the dress), but have waited 2 weeks now and spoken to various customer service people/managers and still got nowhere.
Do they care about their customers at all!?! I can't think of another retailer who wouldn't have made some sort of effort to make this right.
Not shopping there ever again.
