“ASDA online stoled us £70!! Don't let this happen to you!”

We are a group of 7 friends that live together in one house in London. We all work and have different shifts so we decided to start shopping online once a week. Everybody puts £10 and we buy the essential for everyone.
So we started buying from Asda because it was cheaper.
One day we booked a slot for 9pm. We were at home, near the door and we didn't hear the guy come so we still don't know if he really knocked or just pretended. After a while, I called Customer Service asking for our order. They gave me the phone number of the driver and so I called him.
He was SUPER rude, I was asking him why he didn't knock and if he could comeback because we were all waiting for the food and he HANG UP the phone!
My boyfriend called him saying that this is not the way of treating customers so he said that he wasn't coming because it was late and ask us to call Customer Service again. It was already closed!
Next day we called again and they said that the order was cancelled and we were going to receive the money back since we didn't get our order.
WE NEVER SAW THE MONEY AGAIN!
We called them many times, they said that probably the bank was blocking the money, we went to the bank and they were really surprised saying that they have nothing to do with that so we called ASDA again asking for the mone and nothing! This was 3 months ago!
They are the WORST EVER! DON'T BUY ASDA ONLINE!
Since then we buy from Tesco and we are really happy.
