“The company that ignores!”

We were diverted away from our destination at Perpignon due to poor weather and were bussed back to the airport which meant we picked up the car late and they had to stay open 25 minutes - they charged £25 for that. We have tried to also dispute the fact they claim we dropped off the car at 2.19pm when we actually left it at 9.59am and have photographic proof. As their desk was not open we left the keys in the box as we had been instructed to do (perhaps we should charge them £25 for not being open to take the car back!!)
We have tried to reclaim the charges from them but they keep asking us to use a link which does not work and have not replied to my requests to send information without using their link. I suppose £25 per late customer that day is a great return ( i counted 6 people waiting to collect) and they are going to rely on the fact that I and others am not going to waste another hour of my life over £25. Don't use them!
