“no problems with this car hire”

after making car hie resevation,I was worried to see the low rate of this car hire agency,i even emailed europecar to make shure that cartrawler made the reservation there for me.
every thing was smooth and even car was upgraded to 2 classes higher.
every thing was fine.and i was happy.
of course that car hire agency that have low prices (lower margin of profit)and higher volume of reservations (because of the low price)some mistakes occures,and you only hear those how had problems (that can be avarage as any other car hire company in terms of percentage)and rarely hear those how are satisfied because they dont have the motivatin to write review.
