“cheap and getting better”

Switched from Big 6 nearly one year ago to get cheaper monthly rate on electricity. Yes slow with on line statements but getting better and just been offered fixed tariff renewal for next year at very good rate with time to check it out. Beats all other companies on Switching sites. I have had cheaper electricity for year and getting used to no regular paper statements but so what! My electricity has been there every day when I press a switch and cheap so staying with them for another year at least! They are trying hard to improve. Cannot comment on contacting their customer service as I have not needed it.
