“Ignorant Staff Ignore members and don't help anyone”

The customer service reliability is dirt, They don't respond to anyone, even if over 30 people are messaging them on Facebook publicly all about the same issue all the messages get removed. Then they go and add new features and brand new Shops or clothing or new things to do in game all ignoring the fact that half of their paying customers can't even log onto the game itself. I myself haven't been able to log on for nearly 2 months as well as 4 of my friends and many who have posted on their face book page trying to star stable's staff's attention to no avail.

Only people I've ever seen them help are the people that have either threatened with legal action for their money back or those that suck up and play the goodie goodie teachers pet thing.

The content was ok great story line and all but the customer service and how they treat their members just puts me off completely from the game.
