“Excellent speedy service”

I have had to make 2 claims recently and I am very surprised at the speed as to which they were dealt with. I have had insurance from one of the big providers ( I wont't mention the name) up until changing to Animal Friends as I was appalled at the way my premiums were hiked up each year, regardless of whether I had claimed or not. Animal Friends for my 3 dogs have proved to be much cheaper than my previous insurance provider and I have been really surprised by how quickly they settle a claim. It is a harrowing enough time when a pet is ill/injured, to have the reassurance that any claim will be dealt with professionally and quickly is priceless.I would recommend them to any pet owner.
