Tried to enter details on line of countrys we are visiting on holiday cruise. Their system could not take the details and spoke to on line help contact. They referred me to my local branch. I tried to contact on their phone number but repeatedly after 2minutes ringing the message came back, " please hang up" . This kept happening because nobody picked up the phone. I got so fed up i contacted head office at Edinburgh and eventually was told all incoming calls are now diverted to a call centre who will take my number and get the local branch to call me. Oh yes? What if i am out when they call or unable to take the call. Bet they wont try again. So i am going to change to Nationwide who will do all i want and at least they answer their phone. Have been with RBS Eastbourne for many years but service now rubbish so bye bye RBS, no wonder they have a bad name
