Very lovely furniture, however I am very disappointed with customer services. We spent £10k on their furniture with a mind to go back for more, until I had to deal with idiots on the phone talking down to you. When it came to returning something that was too large for our house we were charged £50 for a collection. I wouldn't have minded this, however as two items were sent incorrectly and they needed to come for a collection anyway, so I thought this charge was extremely unfair. When speaking to customer services they advised it is their policy to charge for each item that needs collecting. Regardless of the fact that they were already coming out to collect items sent by mistake, this seems a bit poor especially for customers who have spent a decent amount in store. £50 isn't a great amount to a company the size of Oak furniture land, but it's made a difference to us. I'm also still waiting to hear back from someone about a huge scratch to a desk we purchased....it's been two weeks!
